Primary Job Requirement: This person will be supporting internal and external new product training program development, this could be Instructor Led Training (ILT) materials or eLearning modules. They will be working with SMEs and product owners to compile data/files/videos that go into the Learning Management System that is then used in training across DFS. As a member of the training team we would like (but this is not essential) that the individual to work towards being able to deliver high quality Instructor Led Training (ILT), this could be to DFS new hires or anyone wishing to expand their knowledge of DFS products. Essential job functions include: Focus on satisfying our customers: Follow up with internal or external customers to verify training effectiveness to satisfying customers internally and externally and maintaining training to a high standard. Provides regular feedback to team members and customers on any of the training interventions. Ethics & Work Standards: Maintain the highest ethical and work standards, while promoting the same attributes in others. Working with both internal and external customers is performed with a professional demeanour and that all participants be held accountable to this high standard. Teamwork/Relationships: Works with other employees willingly and in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. Demonstrates a commitment to the entire business and is supportive of all initiatives (company and departmental) to help grow the training business in the U.S. and Internationally. Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%. Ability to sit for extended periods of time (long international flights). *Where agreed, travel is not required of this role – However, there may be opportunities to travel but that would be on a voluntary basis. Work with any external parties is delivered to high degree of quality to positively reflect the organisation. Attend and participate in all department cross-training activities. Support other global teams in implementation of LMS Use, Training SOPs and other relevant processes and procedures. Ensures that LMS user data is accurate and well maintained. Any required reporting is delivered in a timely manner. Maintain an ILT feedback rating of 80%+ from all training they deliver. Qualifications & Knowledge Strong grasp of English Grammar. Ability to read, write, and speak English Post-Graduate in Education or equivalent. Training and development needs analyses, program development and delivery expertise. Desirable: Understanding/working knowledge of eLearning development software (e.g. Articulate RISE, Storyline, Presenter, Quiz-maker, LMS, etc.). Desirable: Global Experience, multicultural exposure. Desirable: Experience in a variety of delivery formats including classroom, webinars, and eLearning systems is highly desirable.
