Your mission Dorel Juvenile US is looking for college students or recent grads to work closely with professional managers across our Brand, Marketing and E-Commerce teams at our Foxboro, MA office. We have multiple projects that have been selected by senior managers to be both important to the company and a challenging learning experience for you. You’ll be happy to know that we treat our interns each season very well and have hired some into full-time positions, so internships are a great pathway into the company. We provide training on the latest ecommerce and marketing systems and techniques, immersive experiences with diverse teams, resume-building projects and better yet, free coffee, a fun workspace - and a paycheck! We’re also easily accessible by public transportation and of course, Uber from the Mansfield commuter rail station. Key responsibilities There are numerous projects across multiple teams aimed at growing the Dorel Juvenile Group’s US footprint. We will give selected candidates a full list from which to choose but here is a sample: * Develop content and new features for our brand websites MaxiCosi.com, Safety1st.com and Tinylove.com * Assist with increasing website traffic, on-site conversions, measuring customer lifetime value, and testing up-sell/cross-sell opportunities. * Optimize our vast product catalog for accuracy and completeness on-site, as well as in critical product feeds for search and social. * Help plan and execute promotional activity, such as promo code setup, management, and tracking. * Help manage parts of our product review program where new parents sign up to test our latest creations. We could also need help sending products to celebrities and influencers! * Competitive Analysis – work with brand managers and marketing research to continually update our benchmarks and identify best practices both inside and outside our industry. Your profile H.S. Diploma and current Undergraduate student in good standing at an accredited university, or recent college grad. Must be detail oriented with a bias towards action and comfortable working with some ambiguity although we will certainly provide direction and coaching. Can provide some examples of prioritizing and successfully delivering multiple initiatives on-time. Ability to work within a team, as well as independently with limited supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with the following tools would be a great plus: Magento/other enterprise level Content Management System, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics, Google Merchant/Manufacturer Center, Google Tag Manager, Salsify, JIRA.
