And you can’t wait to be part of that sustainable wave spreading across the country! What will you do at Dopper? Three years from now, we’ve made sure Dopper is a top-3 player in the Belgium. How? Because you are maintaining and expanding a solid (r)e-tail network. You will become a regular at our key retailers to strengthen the partnership and realize upsell opportunities. You will set up new impactful partnerships and collaborations with key accounts and independents, and make sure Dopper targets the right retailers. We do not want to be just another bottle on the shelf. We strive to work with partners that help us tell our story. No room to spread our mission? No sale. You make sure our bottles and mission are represented at their very best, both instore and online. Our (r)e-tailers can count on cool displays, online video content and concepts for a shop-in-shop or a store window with stopping power. And you make sure they are on board when we launch a huge campaign. Thanks to your passion – and training skills - employees at those retailers can’t help but become Dopper ambassadors. And not just that, thanks to you, every (r)e-tailer will frantically look for a pen to sign our P.E.T. Free Pledge! You are part of a dream team in the Netherlands: together with the the marketing team and Sales Manager B-toB for Belgium, you’ll come up with our retail strategy for this market. You will work from Belgium, but you’ll visit the Netherlands on a regular basis. As a Sales Manager Retail and E-tail, you are responsible for achieving the sales- and mission targets. You will report to our International Sales Manager. Up for the challenge? This will help +4-5 years of sales experience, preferably within Belgium retail & e-tail; You are available as of 1 April until the end of October 2020, living in the Antwerp region; Willing to travel to retailers across Belgium; Awesome networking and negotiation skills; Strong communications skills; Perseverant and independent.
