Working within one of our Modern showrooms you will sell to existing and future walk-in customers, all store sales teams are supported by Television, radio and digital marketing campaigns, these are updated frequently to suit Australian safety requirements, technology advancements and the current fashion trends. Sales consultants with Doors Plus have access to our newest innovative sales technology, a large range of stock waiting to be sold- enabling you to provide your customers with that ‘No Fuss’ guarantee, support from experienced team leaders on site, coaching on the job and a continuous training structure, we also offer an attractive incentive structure. The key duties of this role will be but not limited to: Selling Directly to Walk In Customers in a showroom environment Entering Quotes, Following Up Quotes & Booking in Measure & Quotes Responding to Phone & Website Enquiries from new and existing customers Conducting in Home visits for Measure & Quote Sales. *Guaranteed Commission on all sales Experience in a customer centric or sales environment is essential; you must live and breathe customer service Professionally presented, clean cut in appearance is essential After Sales Service & Handling of Orders, including follow up of completed orders Experience working within the homeware/furniture/hardware industry is desirable Friendly, positive attitude What’s in it for you? $55,000 - $100,000+ OTE Full uniform is provided Full product training provided Job security that comes with working for an industry leader Career progression with opportunities to become partners All Leads Phone, Web & Walkins are handed to you! No Cold Calling… To be considered for this role, you will have The Willingness to Learn & Progress in a Showroom Sales & Management Role. Be Motivated to change your Earnings Potential. Experience in a customer-centric service/sales environment. A Clean cut, professional presentation and a friendly demeanour & positive attitude. If you have experience working within the homeware/furniture/hardware industry desirable. Working Hours Full-time on a rotating roster across 7 days per week. This will predominantly be across Saturdays and Sundays as these are our busiest days of the week and the days you will have the opportunity to earn the most commission. You will work 5 days on and have 2 days off in a row. Successful candidates will be required to produce a national Police Check completed in the last 6 months as a condition of employment. Customer home visits are carried out after hours to measure and quote for what the customer has previously chosen in the showroom. Therefore, it is important to have a valid driver’s licence, regular access to a reliable vehicle and flexibility to attend home visits.
