Este profissional será responsável pelo atendimento vendas no mercado de reposição (Aftermarket) interno e suporte à equipe de vendas em campo. Atividades/Responsabilidades e atribuições: Responsável pelo atendimento primário com clientes do mercado de Aftermarket; Fornecer informações a clientes como: Disponibilidade de estoque, posição de faturamento dos pedidos, previsão de entrega de produtos, preços, dúvidas sobre características de produtos; Receber, processar e controlar os pedidos de venda da região designada. Realizar vendas ativas com clientes através de telefone; Analisar Lead's de potenciais clientes recebidos através do site corporativo. Suporte à equipe de vendas em campo com informações da Região Designada; Elaboração de orçamentos e propostas comerciais aos clientes; Realizar a entrada dos Pedidos no sistema ERP; Realizar o follow-up dos pedidos e cotações; Administração das vendas: Analisar histórico de vendas do cliente (Queda de vendas, Novas oportunidades, analise de perfil do clientes, etc); Administrar vendas recebidas via vendedores externos. Gerenciar carteiras de clientes das respectivas regiões designadas Interface entre o Costumer Service, faturamento e o cliente; Acompanhar internamente todos os pedidos de clientes até o faturamento, Interface com Costumer Service (Faturamento, transporte, disponibilidade, saídas, entre outros). Fornecer informações assertivas a clientes sobre faturamentos e entregas. Cadastro de novos Clientes; Potencialmente prospectar novos clientes quando possível. Come make a World of Difference!
