Garden maintenance workers provide a pleasant outdoor environment by ensuring that the grounds of houses, businesses, and parks are attractive, orderly, and healthy. The following is not an exhaustive list: Responsibility/Duties Perform grounds keeping and maintenance duties. Mow lawn either by push lawnmower or using a riding lawnmower. Strimming particularly around the edges of walks, flower beds, and walls. Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. Apply pesticide for the control of weeds. Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth. Perform routine grounds maintenance duties. Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks. Sweep walkway of debris. Trim shrubs and pull weeds. Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. Water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer. Carry out basic duties after being shown by a team leader/supervisor. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Salary: €11.00 /hour Experience: landscaping/garden maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Licence: Full Driving (Preferred)
