Operational Network Management Tasks · Connect & disconnect LAN (Local Area Network) workstations · Diagnose and correct LAN (Local Area Network) communication medium problems · Add and delete LAN (Local Area Network) users · Manage directory services to ensure user access on LAN (Local Area Network) resources · Implement LAN (Local Area Network) Security · Create, modify, & manage printing environment · Install & modify LAN (Local Area Network) applications · Perform system backups · Recover from system failures · Monitor & evaluate network performance · Add new resources i.e. servers, network printers, etc. · Maintain LAN (Local Area Network) documentation and procedures · Assist in setting up LAN (Local Area Network) interconnections to other networks · Detect and remove viruses · Design & Implement directory services infrastructure · Establish and change security for server directories, files and resources · Create log-in scripts for workgroups and individual users · Request, install, update and test software applications · Establish and change shared usage configurations for workstations · Create and modify network drive mappings · Monitor server operations · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance · Provide user training, support and documentation · Implement server, workstation and print upgrades · Monitor & maintain and report out of service analog voice direct lines · Monitor & report Internet downtime via 177 or PLDT representative for escalations · Review, revise, harden and secure all Information Technology related infrastructure · Engage and deliver Internal projects from design, implementation, development and maintenance phase. · Perform and provide Information Technology Technical support and recommendation to internal and external clients. Asset Management · Participates in the inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other Information Technology related devices. · Promotes responsible usage and care of Company equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: · Graduate of Engineering (Electronics and Communication Engineer, Computer Engineering) or Information Technology course · At least three (3) years hands-on work experience for Senior level · New Graduate / Entry level for Junior level · Server Room/ Data Center Management · Microsoft Windows Servers 2003 or 2008 · PABX Systems · Network Infrastructure · Desktop Support Job Type: Full-time Experience: Networking: 3 years (Preferred)
