Our client is one of the growing international freight forwarder and logistics solutions provider in the global arena. Responsibilities: Oversee all shipping activities for export and coordinate seamless Plan, establish work schedules, assignments and logistics sequence to ensure transportation and distribution of finish goods are performed. Arrange shipping documentation required Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods To manage all tax exemptions application with the related authorities Identify all areas of improvement and maximize productivity Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management. Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production Work closely with the appointed freight forwarder and shipping agents for most accurate and preferred quotes and destinations. To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system required to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics on the level of parts/raw materials in the organization. Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/receiving and distribution goods area at all times. Assist the Logistics Manager in the implementation of projects and ad-hoc logistic requirements Requirements: Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in any discipline, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent 5 years in freight forwarding/logistics/supply environment Supervisory experience in warehouse operations Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Good communication skills Able to fulfil critical task and urgency to deadlines If you feel you fit the criteria and would like to take your career to the next step then please apply via the website or forward your CV to [email removed]
