What You’ll Do: Reconcile sales/costs to departmental and third-party source documents Process interim and monthly invoices through QuickBooks and other platforms Accrue revenue, cost of revenue, and operational expenses Record and gross-up pay payroll Prepare accounts receivable and payable schedules Assist with accounts receivable and payable related activities Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Generate ad hoc reports, conduct analysis, investigate variances, and make journal entries Conduct several month-end related tasks Process credit checks What You’ll Need: Seeking Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or other related fields High level proficiency in Excel QuickBooks experience preferred Self-starter with positive attitude - able to meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail Problem solver and highly analytical Strong interpersonal and written skills Prior experience in marketing or media related field a plus! Prior experience at an agency a plus!
