Job Description The Management Accountant role is ultimate responsible for: delivering the monthly financial reporting of the UK Country HQ entity deliver monthly management packs Any other adhoc reporting requirements Tasks Month End Preparation of monthly management accounts – all cost aspects with potential for some revenue management in the future Prepare and review cost variances vs previous years, latest forecast and budget Review of balance sheet variances at month end Review of balance sheet reconciliations including prepayments and accruals Intercompany account reconciliations Input to Group month end Hyperion reporting pack Forecasting Management of monthly forecast process Monthly P&L rolling forecast preparation and submission Assiting with the prepartion of Annual Cost Budget and submission Variance analysis of current and prior forecast and forecast compared to Budget with commentary Other Raising PO’s and dealing with supplier queries Monthly intercompany billing SAP access coordinator for employees Adherence to Groupé FMC policies and reporting – over all aspects of finance Ad-hoc reporting and analysis Preparation of data for P11D and PSA Assistance with financial audits Daily liaison with Re:Sources shared service centre Qualifications Key Skills Qualified or part qualified accountant Customer service orientated Resilience and good at working under time pressure Good organisational skills and an eye for detail SAP experience (would be beneficial) Additional Information null
