About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join the Dialpad Data Analytics Team. Reporting to the Director, Data Analytics, this role is responsible for working with internal stakeholders to ensure their information needs are met. To meet these needs, the successful candidate needs to be able to wrangle, understand, and troubleshoot data coming from multiple systems, create and maintain reporting in our BI tool, and interact with stakeholders frequently on prioritization, requirements gathering, and ensuring that all reporting delivered is on time and target.This role is ideal for someone who really enjoys helping stakeholders find meaningful insights, and derives real satisfaction from seeing their Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of inferential statistics 3-5 years experience as an Analyst or similar role with a major reporting component Excellent business acumen Solid understanding of the major KPIs used in the SaaS Industry Fluency with financial terminology and measures Several years experience with Domo, Tableau, or similar BI tool Experience in applying modeling to business problems Excellent SQL skills and ability to wrangle data outside of SQL Strong Python skills, specifically in the area of data analysis (pandas, visualization libraries, jupyter/ipython notebook, etc.) Excellent communication skills and experience interacting directly with senior stakeholders on analytics projects Strong data visualization skills and experience creating highly useful dashboards and reports Bonus: Experience working with Google Cloud Platform using Python Experience reporting on web analytics including Mixpanel or Google Analytics Experience reporting on digital marketing data such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar About Us Joining our team means collaborating with people that aren't just passionate about their work but about Argentine tango, musicals, sushi burritos, comic books - you name it.
