They are a fast-growing company who works with over 50 NHS Organisations to provide services in the Community across the UK and Clinical Service Support to many NHS Hospital Trusts. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior IT Support Analyst to provide support to ensure the network infrastructure provides an efficient and stable environment to support the current and future operation of the Business including the facilitation of interfaces with NHS and community partner systems. Main Purpose of the role * Provide IT support for all Head Office and Regional based administration and clinical staff * Provision of IT Infrastructure services including desktop, laptops and applications * Testing and deploying Windows updates * Active Directory administration * Software installation, in accordance with the company’s policy and procedure * To assist in developing and delivering specific training plans and system guidance documentation * Manage and maintain IT asset register which would include hardware and software * Log all IT related calls and be the 1st point of contact for all employees * Resolving helpdesk tickets and prioritise workload * Manage the antivirus across the estate * Ensure backups are maintained across the estate * Achieve targets set in the Service Level Agreement and KPIs * Carry out administration tasks associated for the IT department * Manage the mobile devices solution for the business Qualifications and Experience required: Graduate with minimum of 2 years’ experience within an IT Support environment Knowledge of PC’s, MS Windows and Applications. Eligibility to reside and work in the UK. Full UK driving license IT qualifications Experience of working within the NHS or Independent Healthcare Sector Access to your own vehicle Diagnosing LAN, WAN, Desktop, Applications Knowledge of imaging systems (RIS/PACS/IEP/HL7/DICOM) Personal Qualities/Experience: An analytical approach to problem solving. Good organisation and time management skills. Ability to plan and prioritise work. This role is working in a regulated activity and will be subjected to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
