Can you help us to develop new processes to fulfil our ambition to expand our current programme of work? We are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity to recruit a Band 3 administrator into our very busy and extremely interesting Social Work team This new post will be based in – Exeter, and will support the Social Workers within the team to undertake their crucial administration. The post holder will be the point of contact for the Social Workers, offer comprehensive diary management, provide the administration support for meetings, and monitor key performance data including staffing establishment, sickness recording and electronic staffing. They will also need to have a high standard of general administration ability. Although this position is new, the team has an established friendly professional administration provision working within the designated clinical services. While this post will be very busy, with often tight deadlines, the assistance that these posts will offer to Social Workers will enable them to support their teams more effectively which will have a positive impact on front line services and those who use them.
