Devon Chrysler is looking to add a qualified Sub Prime Finance Manager to its growing team.This position comes with a very lucrative pay plan, benefits and demo. Responsibilities: - Work directly with General Sales Manager on sub prime/prime deals. - Work car deal from front to back. ie. ability to sell the customer on the selected vehicle as well as take direction on how to sign bank docs and get the deal funded. Experience: - Must have a minimum of 1 year in car sales. - Finance experience would be an asset but not required. Skills: - Strong sales skills. - Ability to work on own as well as on a team. - Problem solving. - Multitasking. - Cold calling. - Proficient on phone. ie. text messaging/outbound calling. Education: - Valid class 5 drives license. - Amvic license. Job Types: Full-time, Commission
