Your task We have established a global and successful Active Sourcing Team which is part of our German Talent Acquisition Team. With the help of innovative IT solutions, CRM tools and new sourcing approaches we attract the best talents for Deutsche Telekom. Become part of it and our team as “IT/Tech Active Sourcer (m/f/d)”. You will create sourcing strategies for our IT/Tech positions and implement them effectively. In addition you will be responsible for following tasks: Be the main contact person for potential employees and build a professional relationship to generate more applications for your positions Take responsibility for the active approach of suitable candidates for our Tech departments As a social networker, you identify new sourcing channels (world wide web, social media, databases, business networks), you enjoy keeping up with recruitment trends and innovations and building up our Tech candidate talent pools Help your team to successfully fill the positions and develop our IT/Tech departments further Your Profile You are a proactive personality who is curious, interested in market, digital trends and social media. Stay curious and continue reading, this could be your new job.You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or similar fields and hands-on experience with active sourcing, preferably in an international company. In addition to 3 – 5 years experience in IT/Tech recruiting and active sourcing, you have good knowledges in using databases and of different sourcing tools, such as XING Talent Manager, LinkedIn Recruiter or others. Your further skills: Solid experience in Boolean Search techniques and Sourcing methodologies An Independent, analytical and strategic approach, reliability and enjoyment of being part of the recruiting team Ideally experience with Active sourcing training or technical recruiting training; a Social Talent Black Belt Certification is a plus Fluent English skills (both written and spoken), other European languages are a big plus Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation Inventiveness, professionalism and perseverance in obtaining information/research About us Deutsche Telekom is present in more than 50 countries.
