This is an opportunity to be part of a fast paced, dynamic, and modern risk-based regulator that contributes to real wold outcomes across three broad systems: anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism, gambling and digital safety. Our regulatory systems are increasingly complex, dynamic and digital. You will work with our people to champion the use of best practice intelligence and analysis frameworks and provide thought leadership to develop our processes, systems and technology. Working in partnership with our Intelligence Analysts, People Leaders, and other Practice Leaders, you will enable a collaborative culture that enables our people to be at their best. Good intelligence analysis strengthens our responsive risk-based regulatory practice, and this supports our goal to minimise harm and maximise benefit across our regulatory systems. Building partnerships across DIA and the wider regulatory and law enforcement community is essential, and you will look for opportunities to develop the capability of our people. You will offer: Proven ability to influence and facilitate change, drive innovation and improve outcomes. The ability to communicate with credibility, develop effective relationships and convey complex information to a variety of audiences. Proven experience providing intelligence analysis and risk thought leadership. Good intuition, a proactive nature, and the ability to assess needs and deliver training or capability building initiatives. The ability to take a system-wide view, collaborate across DIA and with external partners. Strong understanding of regulatory practice and regulatory systems.
