About the Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic Financial Controller (m/w/d). This person will work closely with the management to build efficient, centralised and high performing finance operations that have a major impact on dentolo’s business performance. These will be your tasks In this role, you will: Be a real business partner by providing in-depth analysis and necessary data to help take efficient investment decisions (return on investment). Drive accountability for ongoing business performance against strategic, business and financial objectives by delivering reporting that accurately measures the companies KPIs and track the business performance of the entire organisation. Be dentolo’s business case owner by analysing historical and current trends to build forecasts and budgets reflecting future opportunities. Drive the financial strategic planning process and contribute to projects such as new venture developments, revenue streams, fundraising, and others. Perform cash management functions and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursements, payroll and bank reconciliation functions. Ensuring that all accounting allocations are appropriately made and documented. Establish and executing internal controls over the company’s accounting and financial procedures. Coordinate with external tax accountants for tax preparation and auditors who prepare internal audits of the company. You're offering these qualifications What you need to be successful: Background: University degree with a specialisation in Finance, Accounting and/or Controlling. Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, audit (Big 4), consulting firm, corporate financial planning, data driven strategic role or others. Skills: Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular), outstanding modelling skills, strong communication skills and strong personal leadership are required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving. Fluency in English. Prior experience with the implementation / development of an ERP is a plus. Familiarity with insurance and financial institutions is a plus.
