Delta Faucet Company in Greensburg, IN is looking for Production Members on our second shift and third shift operations. Second shift start times vary between 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Third shift start times vary between 11pm - 12:15am. The starting pay rate is $16.76 per hour plus $0.30 per hour shift premium. The Delta Greensburg facility is a specialty finishing faucet operation, and manufactures plastic bath tubs, tub-shower units, shower bases and wall panels. Essential Duties / Tasks: Work safely while performing job duties Perform housekeeping duties consistent with 5-S and visual workplace practices Follow standardized work Meet or exceed production standards Load and unload parts Inspect parts Trim, polish and repair parts Pack and unpack parts Production record parts using scan guns Make quality decisions based on quality standards Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklift trucks, tuggers, hand carts, drills, sanders, polishers Education and Experience: HS degree or HS Equivalency Diploma is required Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred, but not required Knowledge of safety practices, product quality, delivery, and productivity / cost is preferred Critical thinking and problem-solving ability is necessary because of focusing on continuous improvement Shift Full or Part Time Full time Delta Faucet Company (the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer and we want to have the best available persons in every job.
