Solutions Architect (Senior) Salary c £65k - £75k + Bonus + Pension + Health East Midlands – Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Coventry This role isn’t focused on BAU or Project led Architecture. We’re looking for a traditional SA / EA that really can shape solutions across all key technology domains (Application, Integration, Business, Service, Infrastructure) across all core business domains (HR, Finance, SS, BioDiversity) This role is a pure example of a Senior Solution Architecture role within a FTSE 100 listed business that are currently building Architecture capability from the ground up. Role will help embed Architecture principles / practices within a greenfield environment. The team have gone from 0 – 7 within Architecture in as many months, a function sponsored by the CIO with significant backing from an organisation that generates over £8 billion annually. Who Should Apply? The role will suit someone who is interested in the following – · Providing insight to Architecture best practice from the ground-up · Someone who is Pidgeon-holed or is constantly firefighting · Someone who’s more passionate about creating capability and moving towards Enterprise Architecture · If you are passionate about aligning Technology a 5-year business roadmap Role Includes: · Define, agree and implement architectural standards, policies and frameworks (TOGAF / Archimate / Sparx) · Define, agree and implement architectural, technical and functional documentation for all systems and drive governance to ensure this is kept up to date following enhancements. · Leading workshops and engaging with C-level executives across various business units · Defining group wide Architecture practices across significant multi-million £ change programmes · Exploiting cloud/security/Devops capability Skills / Experience Required: · You’ll be a proven Solution or Enterprise Architect that has worked at scale · You’ll have Architecture best practice knowledge and have worked with regulated frameworks or tools kits (archimate / Togaf / Sparx etc) · You’ll have a breadth of experience across Application, Integration and Solution Architecture Market leading package, commutable from West and East Midlands.
