Dearborn Ford Ltd. is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator. If you are a team player and a customer satisfaction specialist that is self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn we would love to hear from you. The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after our Sales and Service social media page, managing our website, with detailed pictures and vehicle descriptions as well as helping management with dealer transfers, wholesale pickups and making sure all new and used files are complete. You will be responsible to watch the inventory and make sure it is clean and ready for sale, as well as priced right in Vauto, Website and DMS. You will be responsible to work with vendors such as radio, TV and Paper. In addition you will also be required to work with the sales team and provide insight into month to month store campaigns and promotions by providing daily communication with sales team to create individual posts, store posts on social media and website as well as branding the vehicles displayed on the lot and helping to organize private sales, Facebook giveaways and other various social media representation. Education Requirements: A level of education, training and experience equivalent to high school graduation. Post-secondary education is an asset.
