Daytrip is looking for a smart, data-driven Product Manager that will help us provide a better user experience and grow our engagement and retention efforts. As part of the growing marketing team, you will be working hand in hand with marketers, copywriters, data analysts and developers to improve the user journey and scale the product and the business. About Daytrip: Located in the heart of Prague, Daytrip is revolutionizing the way people travel by offering private car transfers between cities with optional sightseeing stops on the way. Our product and technology connect eager travelers with passionate local drivers in over 60 countries on 4 continents. What will you work on: Develop and conduct usability testing for current and new features and designs Run A/B and multivariate tests throughout the booking process to increase conversion and retention rates Arrange and conduct customer interviews and use the available data to build detailed buyer personas Collaborate with other teams on localizing the product for our international audience Assess, improve and oversee our loyalty program to support growth Take ownership of our upcoming mobile app What are we looking for: 2+ years of relevant experience with online product management Experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, Crazy Egg.. etc Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics Ability to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to deeper understand user personality and behavior Exceptional communication skills that enables you to efficiently communicate with internal and external stakeholders Why to join Daytrip: Work on a fast-growing startup that is changing the way people travel Join smart, fun and engaged co-workers with over 15 nationalities An office in the heart of Prague from where you can view the castle while playing billiards A remuneration that correspondent with your experience
