As an Associate, you’ll act as the connection point between the clients and industry experts. Your role is to understand clients’ knowledge gaps and identify experts with the knowledge that can address them. You’ll need to think quickly yet critically, conduct high-level research on companies and industries, and identify the world’s best experts with the right experience and insights to address our clients’ questions. Main responsibilities include: Conduct in-depth company and industry research Liaise with a number of professionals across a wide range of industries Respond to client inquiries and brief them on market trends The ideal candidate will have: Strong academic credentials gained from a degree of any discipline Maximum of 3 years work experience, ideally in an equity-research environment Business Fluency in both German and English A client-first and commercial mindset Desire to be in a target driven environment Competitive salary
