As our new Project Manager you will join the Delivery Team in Transformation & Delivery - a focal point for the Anti Money Laundering (AML) transformation in Danske Bank. We service all market areas in the Nordics focusing on both personal and business customers. We work in close collaboration with a number of units across the bank and we constantly push for better and stronger solutions to make sure that we can deliver on our highly prioritised area. Drive projects and transformations Our continuous goal is to take the AML area to the next level, engrain it in our DNA, and seamlessly integrate it into other process areas and priorities. Your role will be to own and drive projects and transformations within AML and related areas in the Banking Business Units and across all our market areas. The project types will vary but generally include topics like operational excellence, end-to-end optimization, operating model and governance structures, performance management and analytical projects. You will be accountable for: Successfully deliver projects through skilful application of project and process management tools and techniques. Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure buy in and input for solutions. Develop decision documents for key stakeholders and senior management. Ensure that project team members are motivated and engaged. It will be your role to make sure that Transformation & Delivery is ahead of the curve by actively participating in gap and future gap identification and scoping of new projects. Work with agility and integrity The AML area is highly prioritized and developing fast. We are therefore looking for a Project Manager with at least 6+ years of relevant work experience within transformation in regulatory risk and/or financial services. You also bring with you: a M.Sc. in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or similar 2+ years of documented experience leading project teams fluency in English – written as well as oral. Experience as a management consultant or internal consultant - as well as a project or process management certification - is a definite plus, e.g. Agile, Prince2, IPMA, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma etc. “You will be a part of a team, where we are about to create our culture.
