Team Management and development (guide, motivate & mentor them) Ensuring optimum market penetration and achievement of targeted collection Generating Sales through mapping clients, Identifying USPs, building and making a compelling pitch, negotiations / closure & servicing) Business Development / Negotiations / Relationship Management, PR Coordination with Media Agencies & Client (Brand, Product & MARCOM) to ensure sales Work with focus on innovative supplements & features on special occasions Increase the growth over last year and volume market share for the given category in competitive markets. Identifying New Business Opportunities from the Untapped Markets and further develop the New Market in given segment. Maintain client servicing and ensure daily call targets are met as per the defined norms.
