Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent. At least five (5) years of work experience in related field is required for the position. Preferably with supervisory experience in manufacturing or construction. Can manage overall plant operations and command an entire production team. Must have good emergency response and knowledge of general tools usage and safety procedures. Must be willing to work from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Must be willing to render overtime work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate plant operations on a daily basis. Oversee the production process and ensure that orders are serve on time. Maintain quality of finished products and ensure that finished goods adhere to the company’s standards. Maintain efficient work flow by monitoring plant processes. Maintain a clean, safe, and secured work environment. Job Type: Full-time Experience: PLANT SUPERVISOR: 5 years (Preferred)
