Responsibilities and Duties Role Overview Express and Logistics Industry in India is going through a rapid change, and to adapt to the changes and further strengthen its position as the most preferred courier service, DTDC is going through a transformation that will allow it to become even better, smarter, and faster. In our Industry, the transformation is largely composed of technological advancement, and therefore, we need smart, solution-oriented, and hardworking Project Managers to help us reach our goals. Responsible for management of overall in charge of CRM activities. Responsibilities l Overview the general desk of CRM activities l Manage large amounts of incoming calls l MAJOR CLIENT desk management l Arranging Pick ups of clients. l Providing proactive information to clients l Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools l Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents l Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies l Take the extra mile to engage customers l Overview of claims & Insurance cases at the regional level l Team Building l Frequent Training's to the team l Inductions to the new recruits l Generation and maintain of CSS Quality records as per ISO standards l Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries l Generating sales leads that develop into new customers l Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Any Graduate with minimum of 3 to 5 years of Experience in Customer Service Benefits Salary: Between 18000-22000 Gross Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹18,000.00 to ₹22,000.00 /month Benefits: Provident fund (PF) Health insurance Travel allowance Industry: Logistic Support
