Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives; Setting out, leveling and surveying the site; Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations; Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications; Overseeing the selection and requisition of quality materials and plant; Negotiating prices for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project; Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect; Understanding of relevant bylaws and subsidiary legislation, rules and regulations and its latest revisions Have a working knowledge of the relevant statutory requirements, and comply with all the requirements concerning supervision, quality control and other documentation. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in D-wall - LTA project Job Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 to $3,300.00 /month Experience: Civil Engineering: 3 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred) Location: Singapore (Required)
