Brief Overview: DM is an independent financial services company headquartered in Ireland with offices in Singapore, Netherlands, the UK, Bulgaria and Cayman Islands. We specialise in providing financial reporting, accounting and compliance services to financial services sector customers on a global basis. Our customer base includes some of the largest investment managers and fund administrators globally. Formed in Ireland in 2007, the company has continued to grow significantly and now employs in excess of 180 staff globally. Our core service lines include: IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting Specialized management accounting services Taxation compliance Corporate secretarial services Insolvency and forensic investigation services  In mid-2021 growth investor Synova partnered with DM to support the next stage of our development. Synova are supporting DM to deliver on ambitious plans, built upon continued growth of our core offering alongside organic expansion into new geographies. DM will also benefit from additional funding from Synova to unlock selective strategic acquisitions to further both service line and geographical expansion, such as the recently completed acquisition of Solutional in the Netherlands. We are at a hugely exciting juncture with significant global expansion plans. To support the Group’s ambitious strategy, we are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic members to join our team. But be warned – we are competitive! We provide fruit, breakfast treats, tea and coffee on tap and even ice creams on hot Friday afternoons. Lunches and team events are pretty regular occurrences too. We work hard for our clients – but we strive to balance this to ensure our employees maintain a healthy balance.
