Are you a passionate about technology and motivated by development of electronic products from idea, concept and design to production of electronics, embedded software or high-level software? We are looking for 2 interns from during fall 2020 1 with the main focus on hardware, but also with the desire for embedded software 1 with the main focus on high level / system software 1 with the main focus on embedded software (C og Rust) for our racecar project Now you have the opportunity to become part of Denmark’s leading engineering and R&D company. The professional level is high and so is the community and the DIS culture which is quite unique!” Internship at DIS As an intern you will get the opportunity to experience what it is like to work as a Engineer at DIS. You can expect an exciting and varied work day with professional challenges matching your skills and you will also have contact to customers and suppliers. You can expect to work with multiple projects for different customers, where some projects will take place in multi-disciplinary project teams, while others will be executed as an individual – but always with support from skilled development engineers. In our Hardware/Software department you will become part of the team from day one and you will experience varied tasks that will accommodate your preferences and profile. Typical tasks include design, development, test and documentation of hardware / software within the areas: Embedded microprocessor systems Analog systems, sensors, power supplies, audio, etc. Control and regulation of e.g. heat / motor / turbines etc. Surveillance and vision General industrial and consumer products Data collection for cloud solutions Remote administration of devices around the world Your profile You are currently studying at the university for an ICT or electronic engineering degree with a focus on analogue or digital electronics, embedded software and high-level software. You are ambitious, outgoing and creative and you have a good and solid professional understanding. You wish to constantly improve your skills and we expect that you can work independently, take on responsibility and plan your work day. You feel comfortable in a dynamic and innovative environment, you possess the desire to create results, and you do not give up when things are challenging.
