DCS is looking for a casual supervisor to start as soon as possible with the following: preference; residing in the northern suburbs. must have own reliable transport – this is non-negotionable. must have a driver’s license must have good leadership skills be able to communicate in English must be familiar with the Nothern Suburbs must have excellent attention to detail must provide excellent client service must be able to work under pressure and time constraints previous experience in the cleaning sector will be beneficial The position is on a casual basis but this means that you can work anything from one to five days a week. I want to start a new cleaning team as soon as possible so this position has the potential to become permanent within a month or so, depending on a few factors. For you to qualify for this position, you need to have your own reliable transportation as you drive the cleaners between clients, for which you get R100 fuel a day. All teams meet in Bellville each morning between 7:30 and 8 am, where you will pick up the team and drop them off again at the end of the day. You get a group of four cleaners and do between 5 to 7 houses/offices per day. You will get paid R65.00 per house for the first 3 months of your probation period after which we can negotiate. Salaries are paid on a monthly basis along with your fuel allowance.
