We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Team Leader to work within our fast-paced, fast-fashion jewellery concessions business. You will find yourself working within a professional and fun team, understanding and seeing things from a customer’s point of view. This is a multi-site role, working with multiple high street retailers across Cork taking responsibility for your own team of field Retail Associates within your designated zone. This will be on a 26 hour contract paying €14.15 per hour. (Towns - cork, cashel, Clonmel, thurles, Tipperary, youghal, Middleton and Dungarvan) What the role is all about: To raise the capability & performance of your team To work collaboratively with the host stores To oversee our internal deployment app - intervening where necessary for your zone Your key responsibilities would be: Referring to company activity & guidelines, ensure that all stores are presented to the required standard & level of detail Work alongside your Retail Associates, coaching & offering constructive feedback to support them in delivering excellence for our customers On each store visit, make contact with the host team to build rapport, looking for opportunities & addressing any issues The experience we are looking for: Supervisory experience in a retail setting is a must – you need to love working in a team, and enjoy building productive professional relationships.
