Imagine new horizons: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner that will be responsible for supporting employees as well as participating in a comprehensive range of programs and policies Our long term mission is to support a high performing organization in a growth oriented global company What will your role be? This position will support Dassault Systemes’ employees in our Services organization (Professional Services, Technical Sales, etc.) As a key member of the North American Human Resources team, you will be a steward of our greatest strategic asset: our employees The challenges ahead This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of a wide range of areas including employee relations, annual performance reviews, internal mobility, learning and certification, compliance with local and national laws Establish and develop “trusted advisor” relationships with internal customers Partner with Americas HR Centers of Expertise as well as our Legal and Payroll, line management and employees; provide a point of contact for managers and employees Act as the “voice of the customer” for all DS brands and departments and elevate issues as needed Provide internal consultancy on a range of HR topics such as performance management, talent development, compensation & benefits Ensure that organizational processes and relationships are fair and equitable Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure growth demands for the Americas Geo are met Act as a consultant with the business on all aspects of talent related initiatives, programs and activities Compensation & Performance cycle management; including compensation review, performance reviews and identifying high potential employees Manager Development & Coaching Your key success factors? Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Ideally 2 – 5 years’ of experience in a Human Resources capacity Strong communication skills, excellence in distilling the heart of the issue at hand and offering succinct solutions Working knowledge of applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations related to the human resource function (such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) A high degree of professionalism and the proven ability to maintain confidentiality is a must Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions and the associated integration activities highly desired
