Through the Financial Advisory business, the company advises clients around the world on strategic and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising. We are currently seeking to recruit an Associate to join the FinTech Team in London. The Associate will play a key role in developing the company’s FinTech franchise and they will work with bankers across the company network to drive successful outcomes. The Associate will play a key role on each transaction and provide significant support in business development and marketing activities. The candidate will be able to demonstrate operational knowledge and a detailed understanding of the key drivers for the growth of FinTech globally. Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for the day to day support of marketing efforts, transactions and conducting company and industry analysis on new transaction opportunities. Requirements: The successful candidate will come from a Corporate Development, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking or Entrepreneurial background from the FinTech, FIG or Tech sectors; Required industry experience in one of the following areas: banking technology, technology-led lending solutions, asset / wealth management technology, insurtech, capital markets technology, blockchain and regtech; The successful candidate will have played a key role in the delivery of commercial initiatives; Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests; Ability to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong team skills; Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels; Demonstrates awareness of the regulatory environment and potential impact on FinTech; Minimum 2.1 university degree classification (or equivalent if studied outside the UK); Keywords: Fintech, Investment Banking, Consulting, Asset Management, M&A, Due Diligence, Fintech, Investment Banking, Consulting, Asset Management, M&A, Due Diligence, Fintech, Investment Banking, Consulting, Asset Management, M&A, Due Diligence, Fintech, Investment Banking, Consulting, Asset Management, M&A, Due Diligence, Fintech, Investment Banking, Consulting, Asset Management, M&A, Due Diligence, Fintech, Investment Banking, Consulting, Asset Management, M&A, Due Diligence.
