Job Summary Our Client manufactures and supplies 150+ products across a variety of cups, cones, sticks, tubs and other novelties, with over 30 flavours. All made in ultra-modern facilities built to international standards. The company has state-of- the-art manufacturing facilities and distribution hub in Karnataka, spread over 2 lakh square feet and has a production capacity of 1.4 lakh litres per day. The company also has one of the largest candy and cone making capacity in India. The entire manufacturing process is ISO compliant (ISO-22000- 2005 (FSMS)). The facilities are supervised every day by an expert team of Dairy Technologists, Food Technologists and Microbiologists. Responsibilities and Duties Assists in the implementation of technical systems, software, or solutions. Evaluates needs, make configurations that support business processes, and tests and troubleshoots final system setups. Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process. Provides product related demos to new and existing distributors /end users. Understands, and performs the necessary quality checks of the system recommended on the implementation. Works on site and remotely to implement and support the Product. Populate excel based templates to enter boot strap data and configurations. Testing the new versions of the product as and when required. Communicates concerns and future needs to respective Team. Qualifications and Skills Requires a bachelor's degree Excellent verbal communications and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and other users. Demonstrated skill in accurate record keeping with strict attention to detail, organize and maintain efficient files and records. Ability to use discretion, exercise good judgment and resourcefulness, tact, diplomacy and maintain strict confidentiality. Demonstrated skill in expressing ideas clearly and effectively. Advanced skill and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or other software applications to retrieve data, create spreadsheets, and reports. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a manager Should be open to travel to sites. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹40,000.00 /month Experience: work: 1 year (Preferred)
