Develop & manage B2B emails and push campaigns for leads generation. Interpret and make recommendations based on campaign performance data to optimize, measure success and identify learnings for future campaigns. Keep abreast of the industry as well as company’s development to generate the best campaigns for each targeted market segment. Ideation and developing of content to support content marketing pillars. Strategize with Marketing Manager to establish KPI and measurement benchmarks for customer acquisitions with acceptable ROI on costs – regular performance monitoring & optimization using various tracking tools. Assist in setting brand standards, mission and goals. Ideate, assist and coordinate marketing design and content. Collaborate to generate digital and print advertising materials. Provide day to day support for Marketing operations. Assist with collaterals and planning for monthly events. Requirement: Some knowledge of Google AdWords, Web Analytics, SEO and SEM, remarketing, retargeting, social media advertising tools – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Possess some video editing skills would be a plus. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills.
