Cygnet Hospital Bury provides a wide range of inpatient mental health services for men and women including specialist deaf services and CAMHS provision for adolescents. Security levels range between medium secure to rehabilitation services. The HR Administrator will be responsible for the provision of efficient and effective systems to support: The site recruitment process end to end from offer to new recruits commencing employment, working towards 100% compliance of the pre-employment checks, supporting the Recruitment team as required Completion of compliance reporting Completion of DBS updates and renewals Access to Work actions to support accurate funding provision In this role you’ll… Liaise with the hospital management to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and potential candidates are provided with a very positive experience and the process is in line with the corporate recruitment policy. Escalate disclosures on DBS’s to the relevant line managers. On receipt of completed outcome of interview paperwork issue offers within 24 hours to successful candidates. Action pre-employment compliance checks timeously. Maintain recruitment tracker of all active offers and records of compliance activities. Ensure that right to work and DBS documentation is obtained. Maintain recruitment documentation to company standards, including DBS and risk assessments where applicable. Support the HR Officers in Bank and P&P recruitment, ensuring paperwork is collated and necessary checks are completed according to policy. Request Log in /account creation once new starter dates agreed. Maintenance of personnel files to ensure all new starter paperwork is filed and HR system is updated with new starter information. To manage the vaccination processes for staff, ensuring new staff are compliant with vaccination requirements and that existing staff update their vaccinations as appropriate.
