The Cult Furniture team consists of more than 100 individuals, from buyers, in-house designers and trade managers to friendly customer service staff. About the Role We are looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to join our fast growing e-commerce business. You will be working closely with our Shipping Freight Forwarders, Suppliers and Warehouse, to co-ordinate shipments and ensure stock arrives correctly and on time. You will be working within the Merchandising team with up to date shipping information, availability dates and quantities of stock on order. We are looking for a highly organised individual, preferably with online retail experience, and strong analytical and Excel skills The will also involve working with Senior Management, the Content, Tech and Customer Care teams. Key Responsibilities · Raising PO’s to be uploaded to the website, and checking these match final shipping documents · Liaise with shippers, suppliers and warehouse to ensure the delivery schedule is maintained · Manage and track all shipping costs and supplier payments · Ensuring we have all the correct documentation on all deliveries · Working with the warehouse team to ensure that deliveries/products are booked in correctly and on time · Planning and forecasting future intake into our Warehouse · Assisting the Warehouse, Merchandising & Buying team with availability information, reports and queries Personal Profile We are looking for a smart, proactive thinker who loves finding new ways to solve problems in this fast-paced entrepreneurial business.
