With the continued expansions within our company, we are looking to add a proactive and knowledgeable individual to our team. We are seeking a National Sales Representative with knowledge and experience in HVAC products and product specifications. A successful candidate will be able to: · Work with our other sales reps to better position our products versus our competitors. · Visiting HVAC engineers. · Provide pricing to companies throughout Canada and USA. · Make follow-up calls to customers on their orders. · Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives as required. · Directly service customers via phone, counter & email on a daily basis. · Consistently achieve a high level of customer service. · Assist customers with any inquiries. · Maintain a close relationship with customers. · Travel as needed across Canada and USA to visit our customers to better assist their needs. Required Experience, Skills and Abilities · Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships. · Strong multitasking and time management skills. · A minimum of two years of HVAC sales experience. · Knowledge on HVAC products is required. · Computer skills including Microsoft Office programs. · Excellent writing and communication skills. · Effective time management skills.
