Are you great at customer service and getting everything else done Permanent position Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm Based in Wetherill Park, onsite parking The client is a well established, Sydney based company that specialises in repair, replacement and maintenance service that support the residential and commercial property industry. You will be a part of a fast paced and collaborative team. Responsible for providing customer experience through professional and proactive communication via inbound and outbound calls. Your day will be busy assisting customers with their phone enquiries, responding to emails, following up on quotes, processing orders, providing entry level technical information and associated administration. We are looking for an upbeat, friendly and supportive customer service professional that brings with them a mature outlook, backed by 5+ years experience, ideally within a maintenance service business or similar fix it style business. Most importantly, you will be well presented, familiar with Microsoft Office, be reliable, helpful, have initiative and be open to learning. Knowledge of Simpro is advantageous.
