About the business Criterion Industries has been a trusted office fitout supplier since 1981. Now with offices across Australia, Criterion specialises in superior quality aluminium partitioning systems, sliding systems, doors and hardware accessories. About the role We are seeking an experienced Picker/Packer that is looking to join a committed and professional team This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week. Duties include but are not limited to: Accurately Manages/Actions pick ticket orders Picks warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements Packs items according to protocol Labels packages correctly Stages items correctly for delivery Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch Identifies stock replenishment needs and advises accordingly. Monitors stock control systems and processes specific orders Ensures warehouse goals are met. Maintains a high level of health and safety standards Shrink wraps products to pallets Loads delivery vehicles Packs warehouse orders as necessary Performs other general warehouse duties as needed Employee Benefits Employee Development programs Competitive Salary On site parking Staff Lunches provided - 1 day per week Monthly Staff Meetings Staff Recognition Programs(Cheers for Peers) Skills and experience Previous Experience working within a warehouse. Forklift License. Good written and verbal communication skills. Sound computer skills – ERP and Microsoft skills.
