Position Summary Maintain customer satisfaction by assurance that all orders are meet customer requirements General Purpose Process customer orders from receipt through shipment and delivery, to include processing, tracking, editing, adjustments and communication Role Qualifications · Must have strong interpersonal development skills, able to handle customer and consumer issues, decision-making skills, analytical skills, strong work ethic, open to new ideas, self starter and able to work with cross functional team members in a challenging environment. · Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Position Responsibilities · Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to insure our products meet and exceed consumers’ expectation · Communicate with customers, sales representatives, brokers, etc. over the telephone to communicate customer order status and/or adjustment where necessary in a timely, pleasing and efficient manner · Receive, enter and track customer orders to insure timely shipments and correct billing. · Verify that customer is not on credit hold before accepting an order and notify sales representative if a problem exists. · Verify that order meet our specified lead times · Publish and distribute an open order report, which includes new orders, pick-up or delivery dates, purchase order numbers, inventory status, scheduled and actual production, and orders that have been delivered. · Handle all product complaints with end users to assure proper resolution. · Work directly with Sales team to insure successful execution of CRIDER customer policy · Process sample order requests from the sales field Essential Skills and Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales preferred · Must be able to organize and manage multiple priorities · Computer knowledge. Must know excel, word, power point and Macola (preferred) · Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information · Ability to recommend and implement areas for continuous improvement · Knowledge of products and services sufficient to answer routine customer questions · Knowledge of general office procedures sufficient to work with and coordinate activities with other employees · Strong persuasion skills · Strong analytical skills · Strong customer orientation · Superior interpersonal skills · Commitment to company values Preferred and Relevant Skills and Experience · Prior customer service experience preferred but not necessary · Advanced computer efficiency Crider Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
