We Offer In this role as Team Leader, you will be leading Marketing Materials & Communication team, unique competency provider, responsible for day-to-day delivery of solutions, services and projects related to Marketing & Sponsorship activities of Credit Suisse. The team covers a wide range of process and project deliverables in the area of marketing materials coordination, production and design, branded communication and other related activities. Wide portfolio of the team gives opportunity to take on responsibility for diverse set of roles and responsibilities, as an individual, as a team leader and as a team member. Key Responsibilities: Managing team of marketing coordinators and project managers including recruitment, onboarding, motivating, and developing staff. Ensuring efficient and effective operating framework of the team e.g. roles & responsibilities set-up, workflow tools, infrastructure. Everyday project and process management across team’s portfolio. Planning, steering and reporting resources and work performance. Managing marketing and front unit business partner groups acting as team internal clients. Cooperation with local vendors and support teams e.g. legal and compliance, translation services, designers. Combining persuasive social and problem solving skills with a high service orientation, discipline and high quality mind-set. Project lead and/or supervision for key topics and projects within the team. Being in-line with current book of work of the Marketing department. Being familiar and stand by the principles of our brand and communication principles. Cooperating with multi-layer management, both locally and remotely. Being integral part of local marketing management community.
