SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE Are you passionate about developing Social Media channels? Do you love telling a story through a number of different social media platforms? As a social media executive you’ll be spending most of your day online. Your job is to produce attractive social media content and put messages on a number of different social media platforms on behalf of our clients. What will you be responsible for? Create a social media strategy for internal and clients accounts Responsible for Content Creation and Ideation/Documentation for Social Media platforms- Infographics, Banners, E-mailers, Videos, Listicles, etc. Monitor, maintain & grow brand health on social platforms- Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Linkedin Conceptualize, strategize, plan & implement social media campaigns Proactively attend all the queries, complaints, requests across the company’s social media platforms Research about the clients to understand their business, consumers, competition and develop the social media strategy for them accordingly. Create daily/weekly content plan for multiple social media platforms including emailers and blogs for the clients. Work closely with a dynamic team of creative designers and developers to roll-out various kinds of engaging content including Social Media posts (Facebook/ Twitter/ LinkedIn), Blogs, Infographics, Emailers, apps, etc. Use Social Media Analytics tools to understand the impact of content marketing in Customer engagement and change plans accordingly.
