WHO YOU ARE: Passionate about and have an open mind towards all genres of music An avid user of top streaming platforms, i.e. Spotify, iTunes, etc. Possesses a sense of urgency and work ethic Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Able to manage tasks wisely Independent and takes initiative Communicative and adept at interpersonal navigation Able to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s Degree (music-related major, communications, or STEM preferred), or at least 3 years relevant work experience with metadata management Strong Excel skills Working experience with Google Docs & Google Sheets WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Onboarding all new works received by the department. Identifying errors pertaining to the catalog, maintaining a queue of necessary revisions. Reaching out to internal and external parties to resolve publishing issues. Developing and sharing administrative processes with the department. Delegate tasks to team and supervise progress. Regularly auditing the back catalog. Ensuring consistent and accurate formatting throughout the catalog.
