Cox Automotive is seeking a paralegal for a short term project focusing on governance, licensing and regulatory compliance. This role will suit a high calibre law student / paralegal who is looking to gain experience in an exciting and fast-paced corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for: reviewing and updating various registers, including licensing, corporate governance and proprety portfolio liaising with ASIC and regulatory bodies preparation of renewals and applications document and email management administrative tasks as required. Location - Cox Automotive head office in Altona North Duration - This is a casual, short term role consisting of two to three days a week for 4 - 6 weeks with the opportunity to be ongoing Requirements Required: experience dealing with governance matters, ASIC and other regulatory bodies Prior experience in a similar role is desirable Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products Excellent communication skills High level of attention to detail Strong organisation and analytical skills How to apply - please email your resume and covering letter to [email removed].
