Countrystyle Meats is a family run business and fast-growing company and we are looking for Part time talented Waiters / Waitresses who can work both mid-week and weekends on a rota basis, this will be working in our Countrystyle Restaurant at our Lancaster Leisure Park facilities. We are looking for people to provide first class service and to work in a busy environment. To have a welcoming personality, be polite and always have a smile. The successful candidates will be able to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, talk to customers with ease and have a friendly personality. Be a team player and used to working in a busy environment, and know that hospitality is a varied industry, where commitment, flexibility and adaptability are key attributes. Responsibilities · To assist in the set-up of all restaurant service areas · To assist in the welcoming of customers to the restaurant · To assist in the serving of meals/drinks to customers · To ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with safety requirements, including food hygiene regulations · To support colleagues at peak times and to undertake any operational duty which might be reasonably required, to ensure customer expectations are met Essential Skills · Proven experience in a Waiter / Waitress or Front of House role · To assist in all operational aspects of and ensure the smooth running and exceptional customer service of the operation · Team player who is capable of supporting others but also confident in their own ability to work across sections · Hard working, motivated and seeking to establish a reputation for excellent service and dining · Calm under pressure, enthusiastic, good attitude and professional always · A people person with high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and have an awareness of food hygiene and health & safety practices Must be able to work Bank Holidays as part of a rota.
