Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the service standard for the residential maintenance Assist supervisors to handle daily operating documents and routine maintenance works Coordinate with frontline technical team for daily maintenance and fit-out works Prepare related reports, tender documents and follow up the contract administration Requirements: Degree in Building Services / Building Surveying / Construction or related disciplines with at least 1 years of experience or Higher diploma with at least 2 years of experience Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate A or above is preferred Minimum 2 years' experience in property & facilities management gained in property management companies Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently We offer an attractive remuneration package and excellent career prospects to the right candidate.
