Earn competitive wages! And much, much more! Responsibilities – What You Will Do: How will you help us grow? It matters to us, and it matters to you! Provide administrative support to manufacturing plant and field operations. Perform daily reception activities effectively to #GrowWhatMatters and serve as a welcoming face to our business! Collaborate with site production, agronomy, and external partners (seed growers). Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing for the site. Create, develop, and maintain data entry processes for field agronomy, as well as plant operations and harvest activities. Handle daily transactions for operations with high accuracy. Prepare correspondence, documents and reports. Serve on committees and teams to support and collaborate with stakeholders (on site and with our Corporate Headquarters teams in Johnston, IA). Perform other duties assigned by Admin. Supervisor. Assist with records management around quality programs and training. Support Continuous Improvement activities around Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Qualifications Requirements – Who You Are: What expertise have you grown? What do you bring to the table? You care about serving your client base to clear roadblocks as they arise and ensure smooth administrative operations! You take ownership of your job responsibilities and your professional development. You are someone who enjoys taking initiative and learns quickly! You are a computer Guru! Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), computer applications, SharePoint, etc. You name it, you rock it! You have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of Administrative, Customer Service, Office Administration, Accounting, Payroll, or other related experience. You enjoy working with diverse groups of stakeholders and you do so effectively with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills! You value serving the business and our customers, so you are willing and able to work overtime and weekends as needed during peak seasons. You respect yourself and others and have a strong ethical mindset, therefore you are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion. Your attention to detail and organizational skills are outstanding! You have good verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills. You are comfortable executing on many tasks during a busy day. So you have demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and manage your time for results. Preferences – It Would Be Great If You Have: Associate’s Degree and 1-3+ years of Administrative, Customer Service, Office Administration, Accounting, Payroll, or other related experience.
