Are you passionate about branding? At our Corporate Office in Amsterdam we are looking for a proactive Brand Marketing Intern from August 2020 to assist the Brand Marketing team in day to day tasks and responsibilities. This role provides general support to the entire Brand Marketing team and the Corporate Office in general. Key tasks & responsibilities: Assisting the Brand Marketing Executive in the day to day management of our digital asset library as well as conducting monthly webinars for the tool Serve as the main point of contact for the hotels and suppliers when it comes to general marketing related enquiries and needs Supports with creating presentations for different purposes Be a true ambassador for Corporate Marketing by supporting and promoting the Corporate Marketing initiatives and programmes across EMEA Support Brand Marketing by ensuring all hotels and the Regional teams comply with all brand standards when it comes to offline and online marketing initiatives, printing, stationery etc. Conduct research where needed to support projects Assist with collateral production and photo shoots where required Identify promotional opportunities for the company to drive incremental revenue or generate brand awareness Maintain the Brand Image Library together with the Brand Marketing Executive for the company to ensure the hotels are presented in the best possible way Administrative tasks such as business correspondence, printing and collateral stock management and mailings Participate in trainings and meetings if/where applicable Are you seeing yourself in this position for your internship starting August/September 2020? What we are looking for: A HBO student of a Hospitality or Marketing related study Result oriented, accurate and data driven Creative with attention to detail Pro-activity and getting things done mentality Ability to work independently as well as in a team Business language English or Dutch Excellent interpersonal, communication skills are required A person who easily connects with other persons and can live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
