Job Summary. Cordis, Auckland is currently recruiting for a talented, experienced and passionate full time Food & Beverage Supervisor. Our position is primarily based in our Eight Restaurant. We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills, passion for the industry and experience leading a team. Experience in high volume restaurants with a buffet will be highly regarded. As a Supervisor you will focus on coordinating, motivating and leading our heart-warming team of Food and Beverage Attendants to deliver a service focused on using their initiative to WOW our guests. You will be able and eager to step in each area of the restaurant, including hosting, bar, barista and on the floor. Please note the successful applicants job title for this position will be Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor Requirement. Our ideal candidate will have: Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5 star property Proven ability to lead a large team Excellent communication skills and attention to detail A passion for providing a five star experience to all guests A desire to excel and develop your food and beverage career.
